With 34 years of combined experience in the home building and Real Estate industry, Lindsay and Dave Betz cover a vast knowledge-base. Lindsay has been helping people buy and sell real estate in Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties for over 7 years. Lindsay Bio

I was born and raised in Bucks County and have lived the past 11 years in Montgomery County.  I graduated from Penn State with a marketing degree and a Spanish minor in 2008.  Always with an interest in business development, I started my career out of college as a buyer for a North Carolina surf and kiteboarding company.  After 2 years I moved back to Pennsylvania and took on a dual role as a buyer and account manager for a prominent nationwide distribution company, where I worked my way up to managing the buying team.  I led and developed the team through tremendous company growth, and in my 7 years with the company their customer base doubled.

 Dave’s Bio

Having grown up in a family construction business that has been servicing Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia county’s for over 115 years, I’m no stranger to the area or the homes within it.

I was born and raised in Abington, and graduated from Abington High School. Growing up, my time on weekends and summers was spent working for the family business as a carpenter’s apprentice. I attended and graduated from Bloomsburg University with a degree in marketing, then moved to Cape Hatteras on North Carolina’s Outer Banks to work as a Sales Manager for the world’s largest Kiteboarding and Surfing company. After a few years of living the “beach bum” lifestyle I moved back to Abington to run the family business. Specializing as a design-build contractor, I focused on high end construction; primarily additions, kitchens, baths, and custom mill work. Always looking to expand my knowledge base It seemed only natural to obtain a real estate license and work alongside my wife Lindsay, already a highly experienced and award winning agent. 

My many years as a general contractor have sharpened my skills in just about everything related to homes. Having a keen eye for design, an abundant knowledge in building systems, and ample sales and marketing abilities, my unique skillset is unmatched in the real estate industry.
