Meet Lindsay: Strategic REALTOR® with Deep Local Roots & Proven Business Acumen

I was born and raised in Bucks County and have spent the last 11 years calling Montgomery County home. My local insight is backed by not only lived experience but also years of helping clients navigate the complex and ever-changing real estate market across the Greater Philadelphia Area.

After earning a degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from Penn State in 2008, I launched my career in business development, working for major companies in buyer and account management roles. I quickly advanced to lead a national buying team during a period of rapid expansion, where I developed a sharp eye for negotiation, budgeting, and strategic planning—skills that now directly benefit my clients in real estate.

As a full-time REALTOR®, I thrive on helping both buyers and sellers feel confident in their decisions.  Meet Dave: REALTOR® with 20+ Years in Construction & an Eye for Value

I was born and raised in Abington, PA, and grew up in the family’s multi-generational construction business—serving Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties for over 115 years. From a young age, I spent weekends and summers working as a carpenter’s apprentice, learning the ins and outs of home building, renovation, and craftsmanship firsthand.

After graduating from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Marketing, I ventured to North Carolina’s Outer Banks, where I worked as a Sales Manager for the largest kiteboarding and surf gear company in the world. That experience sharpened my skills in customer service, sales, and leadership.

Eventually, I returned home to take over our family business, where I led custom design-build renovations—specializing in kitchens, additions, baths, basements, and high-end millwork. My work combined aesthetics with function and demanded precision, attention to detail, and close collaboration with homeowners—many of whom I still stay in touch with today.

Transitioning into real estate was a natural evolution. As a REALTOR®, I use my construction background to help clients spot hidden issues, identify investment potential, and visualize renovations that can transform a house into a dream home. I bring a contractor’s mindset to the real estate process—thinking through layout, structure, resale value, and renovation costs, so buyers and sellers can make well-informed decisions with clarity and confidence.
